Although there were a few positives about this place, unfortunately the negatives greatly overshadowed them. I did appreciate the convenient location to the ski slopes and local restaurants. the rooms were also fairly well-equipped for a weekend stay. Dislikes: the negatives far outweighed any positives. the staff were extremely unhelpful almost to the point of being rude. the room was poorly maintained and dirty, with a musty smell and stained bedding. To top it off, the heating system was incredibly noisy, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep.

During my holiday in the Alps, I stayed at a cozy hotel that provided a very hospitable atmosphere. The staff was always ready to help, especially when it came to suggestions for nearby attractions. It is noteworthy that the hotel was in a strategic location, close to the ski slopes and a few restaurants. the rooms were clean and well-equipped with everything that I needed. The basement had a playroom where I enjoyed playing ping-pong and billiards with some friends. It was great fun!
In general, my stay was pleasant, but there was a bit of inconvenience when it came to the food. On Christmas Eve, the hotel ran out of some items from the special menu that they had advertised earlier.

Can't fault anything about it.
